This coastal cottage is in Cley Next to the Sea, a charming town in Norfolk, England. This house was designed alongside the owner who is a professor wanting to use this space as a 2nd home and occasionally rent it to the avid bird watchers who pass through the area.
We spent many months curating the perfect local art to mix with some new and some vintage furniture finds.
This short-term rental was designed to appeal to visitors of a small college town in Bloomington, Indiana.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow remodel that we brought to life with well-planned vintage + new furniture and art throughout. The result is a warm and inviting short-term rental designed to appeal to parents of college students.
This is my home which I have designed slowly over the last few years. These pictures were taken recently as we’ve just converted our family home into a short-term rental listing.
We have embarked upon a year of travel around the world, and while we are away, our home is available to rent. Check it out here if you’ll be in Cambridge, England before August 2025 when we return!
For this beachfront condo, I traveled to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to complete a redesign in person. The kitchen renovation and design plans were executed virtually, and when we arrived we focused on styling and staging.

This seaside condo owner wanted us to incorporate bold color choices, but re-painting wasn’t part of the scope of the project as it had just recently been done.
So we used bold teal blue velvet curtains and other pops of saturated blue in the design to make this listing ‘stop the scroll’. The result of this redesign was a property that started performing far better in a saturated market.
